Lionel Sanders looks for motivation by watching a picture of Patrick Lange

Lionel Sanders was sub champion in Kona behind Patrick Lange and is already looking for a rematch next year

The Canadian triathlete has posted a video on social media of himself training on a treadmill with a photograph of Ironman World Champion Patrick Lange, who overtook him in the final part of the race last October.
