14 IRONMAN tests are postponed in June
The European championships in 70.3 and Full distance are canceled.
IRONMAN have sent a statement, indicating the tests that are suspended in June.
Have postponed 14 events IRONMAN®, IRONMAN® 70.3®, 5i50 ™ in Europe and South Africa due to the current global COVID-19 pandemic.
According to the statement, athletes will be provided a range of dates and options as quickly as possible.
They also indicate that they have followed, and will continue to do so, the guidelines and recommendations of public health agencies and local authorities, and they commit to provide the necessary information to athletes as soon as possible, if the race to which they have registered has been affected.
In the future, athletes will receive a career update no later than 50 days before the scheduled event date, and will strive to ensure that these updates arrive even earlier, whenever possible.
