7 Spaniards at the Karlovy Vary World Cup 

This Sunday, September 10, the triathlon world once again focuses its attention on the Karlovy Vary World Cup, in the Czech Republic.  

An event that, in addition to distributing $60.000 in prizes, grants valuable points for the Olympic Triathlon ranking, just eleven months before the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. 

Male Favorites 

Germans Jonas Schomburg y Lasse Priester They top the list of favorites. Schomburg, with an extensive international career, will look for his first medal in the World Triathlon, while Priester comes with high morale after his second place in Valencia.  

We cannot forget the Hungarian Gabor Faldum, who recently placed 12th in the Paris test event, and his compatriot Mark Devay.  

Other names to keep in mind are Max Studer, Morgan Pearson, Barclay Izzard, Genis Grau  y Casper Stornes

female favorites 

Gwen Jorgensen winner of the Valencia Cup and Marlene gomez goggel from Germany lead the list of favorites in the women's category.

Next to them, we find names like Julie Derron, cathia schar, Rachel Klamer
