IRONMAN 70.3 Portugal, a much faster race than in other editions

On October 15, in the Portuguese city of Cascais, a new edition of the IRONMAN and IRONMAN 70.3 Portugal-Cascais.

The 703 competition is one of the best in the european circuit where great triathletes have competed, as in the case of our Javier Gómez Noya o Fernando Alarza, and the Full test follows the same path.

In the full test there are already more than 1.500 registered and in 70.3 more than 2.500.

This year both tests will be held on the same day, where the presence of thousands of triathletes from different countries and with a strong Spanish presence.

This year's edition brings novelties since the organization has changed the cycling segment making the test much flatter and faster.

Has eliminated the ascent to Peninha (The hardest part of the Sierra de Sintra) and now it will not go through the Guincho road.

What is maintained is the passage through the Estoril F1 Circuit and also the circuit will pass through the city of Lisbon .
