BH arrives at Eurobike with a poker of stars: Ultralight, Ultimate, Lynx and Neo

They are four true beasts, each one of its kind, and they demonstrate with facts that no other brand like BH is at the technological forefront in the bicycle sector. You will be able to see all of them - and much more - at Eurobike, one of the most important trade shows in the sector, which will take place from August 31 to September 4 in the German town of Friedrichshafen.

BH will present its latest developments in the road, mountain and E-Motion ranges at the stand A4 404 of the Eurobike, between the 31 of August and the 4 of September, in Friedrichshafen (Germany). The news Ultralight, Lynx y Ultimate, as well as pedaled bicycles E-Motion, will have a special role in this fair.

Alex Zuloaga, Head of Marketing and Communication at BH highlights the importance of Eurobike 2011 for the firm: "Eurobike is a great opportunity to see the market acceptance of our new models," he explains.

Roberto López, road product manager, tells us about the Ultralight, the main novelty in the Racing catalogue. “This is one of the lightest frames in the world, weighing just 747g in medium size, and with a rigidity an 60% superior to the G5 model thanks to the BB386 Evo bottom bracket standard, patented by BH and FSA. There will be two main builds in Dura Ace and Sram Red, with different wheel options like Corima MCC, Cole Ventoux or Lightweight Obermayer; the Lighter will be around the 5,1 kg. without limitation of user weight ", he advances.

Meet the Ultimate World Cup champion

In the MTB segment, the main novelty will be the Lynx, the new BH carbon double suspension, with 100 mm. of travel and that includes the revolutionary Split Pivot. This model, designed jointly by the engineers of BH and the prestigious Dave Weagle, is already reaping great criticism in the specialized media, and is expected to generate a lot of expectation at Eurobike.

"The Lynx is the great novelty of the coming season because it will be the platform on which the entire range of doubles will be supported in the future. It will be a new family that we will develop with more tours, in addition to the one of 100mm. (120mm and 150mm.), Says Nicola Vies, responsible for Mountain Product of BH.

 

In addition, everyone who comes to the BH stand at Eurobike will have the opportunity to admire the Ultimate with which Julie Bresset has been crowned champion of the XC World Cup, a milestone that has filled the creators of this model. “This is the year of the Ultimate, both Julie, with her victory, and Maxime, with her 5th place overall, and the entire BH Suntour team, have helped us tremendously in developing the new frame. We are very happy because we were sure that this bike was capable of winning world cups”, says Nicola.

E-Motion also "re-evolve"

The range of E-Motion assisted pedaling bicycles is another of the most pampered by the firm. The new E-Motion Neo, which will be presented at Eurobike, are the result of the experience accumulated by BH in the more than four years of evolution of these models that present exclusive advances in design, transmission and battery.

What makes them so special? On the one hand, its revolutionary design, which integrates the battery in the diagonal tube and it is also completely removable - an exclusive patent worldwide. And, on the other, the exclusive system RDS (Rear Drive System), which uses the energy of braking to regenerate the new Lithium Ion battery SAMSUNG of 324Wh, thus optimizing user effort.

The Neo represent a new concept of electric bike, an electric with conventional appearance, which added to its low weight, results in one of the most innovative BPAs and with the greatest autonomy in the market, up to 90 km. in 'Eco' mode. In this way, BH once again sets the standard and is a pioneer in a sector in which it has become a true benchmark.
