Recently in the middle distance triathlon ECOTRIMAD with the bike I had just checked, in a pothole I lost the coupling stick in the first kms so I had to finish the cyclist segment with a single stick in the coupling.

Return to high-performance competition after the operation on my foot in February and finish my first long-distance triathlon in October. Ironman. Until that date, all the tests that we consider necessary to meet these objectives.
