3 tips to train better:

- Water: technical

- Cycling: climbs, you don't always have to do them fast

- Running: intervals and a bit of technique

3 things you should never forget to take the day of the test

- Water: the trisuit, the neoprene, the glasses and the hat

- Cycling: a tri shoe, to make the transition quickly, oiled and tubular bike or new tires

- Running: some shoes that are comfortable for you, warm up a little on foot beforehand, hydrate yourself well (running is the last thing and it is difficult to drink when you are very strong)

3 things you should not forget to do during the competition

- Water: look for the gaps, good outlet, some glasses that do not mist

- Cycling: monitor development, hydrate well and watch out for bumps or crystals (if you puncture you will lose the race)

- Running on foot: not giving everything in the first km, looking for your rhythm, concentrated (our head sometimes gets confused with fatigue)

3 tips that always have to be done at the end of the competition

Hydration, dry and make a very smooth filming at the end
