The siesta time by Felipe Gutiérrez: Yes, they are the culprits

It is clear that all the bad things that happen in the Spanish triathlon, which I say !, in the world triathlon, are the official ones.

In Spain they are those boys who go blue in the tests and are always bothering the triathletes, they take out cards, they check your helmet, they tell you to wear it, they look at your brakes, ... they are all day giving the can .

But have you ever stopped to think that maybe it's the opposite?

Perhaps that excessive zeal to control, to ask that you do one thing or another is the key to a good development of the test without setbacks.

That they make mistakes! Of course, ... you do not commit them, if you saw them ...

Be sincere, how many times have you gone for a test and simply had a word for them nice? For example, see you later and thanks for everything !, almost certainly never and also has not crossed your mind to do it. If you have ever said it, well congratulations, you have managed to appreciate what they do.

Maybe one of them thinks that they "fit" that "they earn a big deal", but I assure you that none of that ... And why do they do it? Well…

Again, the nap leaves me a little KO, but between dreams I think Why do they do it?

Official training course

The return to reality gives me to think: What moves more than 40 people to come to Madrid for example one weekend to do a level recycling course (level 3 officers), some of them with more than 20 years of experience in the world of triathlon, and that many of them have already attended world championships, world cups ... and come to Madrid to recycle? Don't they know everything? Well, surely they do, surely next Sunday the topics of the recycling course will put it into practice in their autonomy, in their city, in your triathlon ... and at their own expense they have come to the INEF in Madrid to perfect themselves and continue to "nag at competitions."

Do you know how many competitions there are this year in Spain?, approximately 840 among all the modalities and they the chic @ s of blue are those who watch so that the regulation is fulfilled, so that everyone “plays” in the same conditions, will continue to endure your bad mood, even until your bad answers And bad faces. But they will undoubtedly be in your test and they would like you to simply comply with the regulations, with the regulations of the test, and they don't even need that “see you later and thanks for everything!”.

In the photo we can see well-known people in the world of triathlon, with that experience they were talking about and they are leaving a day, a weekend for you to enjoy your leisure, your sport where you think that with participating It's fine and maybe when you leave, it's even they who will tell you, see you later!

What many times do you think have been unfair?, maybe they have been, but certainly only by trying to apply the knowledge in which they have been trained and that the competition has that equality and justice that everyone expects.

Surely tomorrow, I will hear again "they do not get enough cards and people are going to wheel", "they have not seen the one that has shortened in the corners", "they took out a card for the foolishness of removing my helmet before time" ... It's true maybe the fault is only of them, they are the culprits,

And if you stop a little to think and you ask yourself if the reality is different and you come to compete without knowing the regulation, you try to shorten in the corners. "Chupas rueda" in the tests where it is not allowed? Maybe the focus is different, maybe it's time to appreciate what they do so that you can do your hobby ... surely next time you'll have time to simply tell them, thank you and until the next test!

By the way, I'm also in the picture, or maybe I'm still dreaming of it in my nap on the couch?
